The standard engagement process is very simple, even if you are a non-technical person, our team can help you walk trough these steps:
Phase 1: RFQ (Request for quote)
Please do not hesitate to contact us and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a need for product development or engineering services.
Please include a brief description of the project, requirements, and contact information.
Phase 2: Inquiries
Usually there will be a series of questions & answers going back and forth between you and our team. The first step is to understand what your project needs are in terms of timeline, cost, and technical requirements and we let you know if we have the capabilities and bid on the project, if so then the engament initiation flow continues.
Phase 3: Proposal
An SOW (Statement of Work) will be created to define the scope of the project, schedule, deliverables, cost, and terms and conditions.
Phase 4: PO and start the project
Once the SOW have been signed off by both parties, a Purchase Order must be provided to us so we can move with the project kickoff.
